Interchange and Return

Exchange and return of goods of good quality within fourteen calendar days, excluding the day of purchase, is carried out in accordance with the “Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights” properties, its completeness, packaging is not damaged, seals and labels are not broken.

Goods of good quality from the following list are not subject to exchange / return

• goods in single-use packaging, if they have been unpacked;

• goods that are not subject to exchange / return in accordance with the “Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights” determined by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of 03.19.1994.
